Ottime dotazioni, incluse lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, macchina del caffe completa di cialde, attrezzi da cucina, prodotti confezionati per la colazione. Ampio parcheggio nel cortile.
Porta a soffietto in camera da letto rumorosa (scricchiolii di plastica), inoltre a causa della struttura della casa si sentivano tutti i movimenti dei proprietari al piano di sopra.

L'alloggio era comodo per andare ovunque, tranquillo ma con tutto a portata di mano. Il parcheggio era di fronte alla porta.
A prima vista l'alloggio è bello, ma manca più cura per i dettagli. Le stanze non sono tutte illuminate bene, le tapparelle sono incastrate e i vetri duri da aprire, il piano cottura deve essere decisamente sistemato e bisogna fare più attenzione alla pulizia di angoli e zone difficili. La tenda in una doccia così piccola non va bene, con il caldo dell'acqua caldo ti si appiccica addosso. Ma c'è tempo per migliorare essendo attivi da poco.
