亀有駅から近く周辺環境は充実していた。 敷地内駐車場があった。 価格がリーズナブルだった。 ミネラルウォーターやお菓子の心遣いがありがたかったです。
宿泊施設の場所が分かりにくかった。一方通行が多く道が狭かった。駐車場はありがたいが全面道路が狭いのと駐車場そのものもが狭く、駐車しずらい。フリードでギリギリでした。 軽自動車なら問題ないと思います。
2階のトイレが水漏れ。 各部屋の床に埃が溜まっていた。 チェックインの手続きが煩雑でした。

部屋数が多い。
見た感じはきれい
リビングに行くと、スギ花粉症の子達がアレルギー反応爆発。目が充血して腫れた。
くしゃみ鼻水も酷かった。
