The contact person was very service minded. We got good instructions on whatsapp. He helped out with recommendations on beaches and restaurants. He always answered quickly on the questions.
We asked to have a checkout latest 9.10. because we had booked a boat tour. The contact person was not at the apartment 9.10 so we had to leave the keys in the apartment door. We went down and closed the door to the building. When the contact person showed up 9.15 he was very irritated due to that we left the key in the apartment door since he had not spare keys to the building door. But it was he that didn't show up in time and we didn't want to miss the boat tour.
