Waterslide 6 bed Lux Villa Emerald Island

The house was excellent! A great size for a large family. The pool area was exceptional and there was plenty of fun to be had in the games room. So close to stores, gas, theme parks, etc. It truly was the best vacation.

Nothing.

Location was great-- very quiet like we expected

The customers service was NOT present.... We texted four times to the staff to adjust the heated pool with ZERO response. My wife could not swim in the pool for the first three days of our trip because the pool would not heat up. Any of our inquiries were not returned via a phone call or text. The flat griddle in the kitchen had grease and dirt on the sides of the cooking surface; we elected not to use it.

The area, the space, the facilities

Unfortunately the pool heating didn't work after the 1st 5 days. However we did receive a refund for this but I we lost out on precious swimming time for my son who is autistic and this was the main thing he requested for his holiday.

Excellent villa in an excellent location, 5-10 minutes to shops and restaurants and 15-20 minutes to Disney parks. Emerald island is a lovely resort with a communal pool and nature walk. Had a great stay and would return again.
