The resort is absolutely stunning -arguably the most beautiful spot in the entire area, with breathtaking scenery and a serene atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally warm and attentive, making every interaction feel personal and welcoming. The location is perfect for exploring the surroundings, and the food is consistently delicious and well-prepared.

The portions are quite small, and there is no mosquito protection...no nets, no canopies, and no other preventive measures.

The infinity pool! And location! The staff were also caring and assisted to make sure our stay was the best possible.

The restaurant onsite is a little on the pricey side compared to local restaurants nearby.. I don’t recommend staying in the room infront of the infinity pool as it lacks privacy and you can hear people in the pool ..

Expensive for what you get. Not many food options and the ‘fresh seasonal fruit’ on menu comes as defrosted canned mandarin & raspberries. Pool wasn’t the cleanest either and was right on top of our room so not like you could open curtains and enjoy the view. Shower had black mould growing around frame and vanity dripped the whole time we were there. Sad when you hear that this place only opened last year!

The smells in the bathroom were horrendous. A real downer for such a lovely place.

The pool is amazing, the bedrooms are small but very comfortable (beds especially +++)

Location is perfect; very serene, scenic view of the water, perfect gate away ! Served food is delicious ( the Segara sandwich is particularly delicious. Staff is very professional, very attentive and very helpful.

A great hotel on a small island behind the Yellow Bridge. Transportation from the airport, by boat and then taxi to the hotel, was hassle-free. Amazingly helpful staff, large clean rooms, excellent cuisine at reasonable prices. The alternating tides in the strait allow for a smooth transition between the pool and the sea, everything within walking distance, possibility to rent scooters (we didn't use it). Beautiful views, highly recommended!

Loved staying in Ceningan! This property was cozy, near great cafe/restaurants and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I especially loved our 2 br villa, all in the villa, no separate building for the 2 rooms.

Private pool was tiny and the door out to it was very hard to open. Not a deal breaker because the main pool had a great view and we spent our time there.

We just loved it !!!! The resort is super clean. Everything was spotless. The food is ABSOLUTELY delicious!!!! Every little thing they served and desserts were mind-blowing. The personal are so helpful and the view of the sunset from the swimming pool was breathtaking. This is the perfect location to just chill and relax. LOVED IT !!!!! I am definitely coming back !!! Keep up the good work !

Staff are amazing and so lovely! Breakfast was delicious. Ceo the dog was a perfect touch! The pool is lovely and clean, also an infinity pool with a swim up bar. The cocktail maker made the most delicious Mojitos and Espresso Martini’s.

The food is on the pricey side, but worth it as cooked well and tastes lovely!

In three weeks Bali this was the only hotel that truly disappointed us - while the hotel is only a couple months old, the facilities and especially the rooms feel very old (even the pool was dirty). Our room had a lot of water damage and mold - for me as an asthmatic it was not possible to breathe but even my wife woke up with a headache every morning. After two nights we therefore decided to leave (initially planned to stay 5 nights). While the hotel was initially supportive of a refund as they were aware of the water damage, as soon as we left the place they claimed that there were technical challenges for them not being able to issue a refund. To this day we are out ~400€. While its one thing to knowingly let guests sleep in a mold room, I believe this is a best practice on how to not deal with such a complaint in the end. We in the end stayed at ARNA suites on the island - the nightly rate was even a bit lower and the experience was breathtaking. So if you can go there or somewhere else as even with a perfect room Segara Seaside resort it definitely not worth what you pay for.

Noisy, small... is not a pool it is a bath. Wherever you are coming from your apartment I am 100% sure is bigger than this villas. Typical place built by an investor group where tourist get scammed becoming just the interest of their investment. Terrible standards and space. No doubt this place killed our experience in Lembongan.

This place is truly a gem! The resort looks amazing — picture-perfect bungalows that are super clean and beautifully styled with natural colors that give off such a calming, earthy vibe. The pool is lovely, and the entire space feels like a peaceful escape. The staff? Incredible! Everyone was cheerful, and welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful — you can feel the positive energy. The food was delicious, and the drinks were just what I needed to unwind. Can’t wait to come back again soon. Highly recommend!

The resort is located walking distance from the yellow bridge and you can easily get taxis/scooters to get to the main part of Lembongan. The staff were all very friendly and always helpful, the service was amazing and made our stay very pleasant. We stayed here for my birthday and the staff made the effort to decorate our bed whilst we were out which was really lovely. The views from the pool are beautiful, such a relaxing place to have a cocktail and chill. There are lots of food options at the restaurant in the resort and nice views from the seating up top. Everything in the resort and rooms looks very new and clean and the beds were massive and very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the friendly golden retriever that would wander around and say hello throughout the day :)

Diese Unterkunft ist die schönste, welche wir auf Nusa Lembongan/ Ceningan je gebucht haben (wir sind das 4. Mal dort gewesen). Sie sieht exakt so aus wie auf den Bildern und es ist einfach traumhaft schön! Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn und es ist auch die ruhigste Unterkunft, in welcher wir je geschlafen haben. Erholung pur! Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, das Bett war riesig und super bequem. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war außerdem gut durchdacht. Es gab einen Schreibtisch direkt am Fenster mit Aussicht auf das Meer. Es gab einen Kleiderschrank der ausreichend groß war und genug Ablagefläche geboten hat. Es gab einen kleinen, gut gefüllten Kühlschrank, welcher sich hinter einer hübschen Verkleidung verbarg. Das Badezimmer war auch groß und geräumig und es gab einen Waschbeckenunterschrank mit zwei super großen Schubladen. Was ich besonders hervorheben möchte, sind aber die Mitarbeitenden!!!! Alle waren extrem nett und hilfsbereit! Es gibt ein paar Dinge, die normal sind, wenn man sich auf einer kleinen Insel befindet, wie z.b. ausfallendes Internet oder geringer Wasserdruck (ich erwähne dies nur wegen vorangegangener Bewertungen, sonst wäre das für uns gar nicht der Rede wert gewesen). Die Mitarbeitenden, sowie Manager und Besitzer haben sich um alles mehr als nur gekümmert. Wir sind keine Menschen, die sich beschweren, sondern eher nachfragen, wenn Kleinigkeiten nicht funktionieren, und es wurde für alles direkt eine Lösung angeboten. Es war uns zum Teil sogar schon fast unangenehm, weil sie alles dafür getan haben, dass wir uns wohl fühlen und dass wir happy sind. Freundlichkeit und guten Service sind wir schon gewohnt von der indonesischen Kultur, aber in dieser Unterkunft wurde dies unserer Meinung nach sogar noch übertroffen ☺️ Zum Abschluss wurde uns nach dem Check Out gesagt, wir würden nun von zwei Mitarbeitenden zur gelben Brücke gefahren werden. Aufgrund der Nebensaison hatten wir die Unterkunft quasi nur für uns, Personal und vor allem der Eigentümer waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Anliegen (Moped, Bootsticket, Essen), toller Ausblick, Zimmer sehr schön und sauber, gute Lage die beiden Inseln Ceningan und Lembogan zu erkunden

Frühstücksportionen (a la carte) könnte größer sein

Mooi klein resort. De kamer met zeezicht was ook echt prachtig. Mooi groot bed; airco. Het vervoer van te voren geregeld via het resort. Ze regelen een soort taxi busje voor je die klaar staat bij het strand bij aankomst, en je naar de brug brengt. Daar wacht het hotel personeel je met scooters op om jou en daarna je bagage te vervoeren naar het resort. Er is geen grab of Gojek dus dit is de manier. Ging allemaal erg soepel. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Lekker zwembad met prachtig uitzicht. Op loop afstand van meerdere restaurants, en je kunt scooters huren voor een hele schappelijke prijs via het hotel. Er is niet super veel te doen in de omgeving behalve rondrijden op een scooter, verschillende restaurants met prachtig uitzicht, baaien bezoeken en snorkelen, maar dat weet je voordat je er komt. Heerlijk voor een paar dagen ontspanning. Zelfs roomservice aanwezig via een bestelapp. Ontbijt was a la carte, maar divers (brood, ei, yoghurt, pancake, etc). Helemaal prima.

Het enige minpunt was de geur in de badkamer, die bleef hanger, en de waterdruk/warm water viel vaak na 2-3 minuten weg; waarna hij uiteindelijk wel terug kwam, maar je dus even onder een koudere zachte douche komt te staan.

Super mooie locatie met een prachtig zwembad met mooi uitzicht. De bungalows zijn ook erg mooi, modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een erg fijne en ruime douche. Een echte aanrader!

Het eten bij het restaurant was niet super goed maar prima.

部屋の掃除はとても綺麗でした。掃除のスタッフ、他スタッフは良い感じでした。夕方から干潮の海で遊ぶことができます。

マネージャーの態度がとても悪く滞在中何度か嫌な思いをしました。愛想が良いのはホテルに着いた時のみです。 部屋の瓶の水が足りないため子どもが補充を求めたところ断られたと戻ってきました。年老いた両親のために朝ご飯を注文した時もそのマネージャーにものすごく嫌な顔をされました。また、両親の部屋の蛇口の部分が外れたのを弁償するように言われました。主人が自分の部屋の蛇口と比べて見ると、そこも直した後があったため、直ぐ壊れるようなものにも関わらず、責任を追及されたことに不条理を感じました。
