Segara Seaside Resort

We spent a few nights at Segara Seaside Resort to celebrate my birthday, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is very quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. We rented a scooter during our stay, which made it easy to explore both Nusa Ceningan and Nusa Lembongan. The breakfast was very good, and everything from the cleanliness to the facilities and the friendliness of the staff was excellent. The resort was comfortable, well maintained, and a great place to relax. A special highlight was my birthday. The staff surprised me with a cheesecake and sang Happy Birthday, which was a very thoughtful gesture from both them and my partner. It made the day even more memorable. One thing to keep in mind is that the main access to Nusa Ceningan is through Nusa Lembongan. When arriving by ferry boat, it's worth arranging transport to the Yellow Bridge. From there, you can cross on foot or by scooter. The hotel is located very close to the bridge. We took a taxi from the ferry boat to the Yellow Bridge and then walked about 8 minutes to the hotel with our luggage. I had a wheeled suitcase and found the walk very manageable. On our departure day, the staff were incredibly accommodating and even transported my luggage by scooter back across to Nusa Lembongan, which made our journey much easier. Overall, a wonderful stay with great service, a peaceful atmosphere, and genuinely caring staff. We would happily stay here again.

Staff, value, cleanliness

Beautiful and clean - staff super friendly and welcoming

Nothing

The 2 bedrooms with ensuites was great. Happy with that.

If you are planning to use the kitchen, bring your own equipment, because no knife, cloth or plate there. No view from private terrace or living area as described in booking.com. View is from bedroom window. Staff super friendly and helpful. Restaurant had a lot of problem including leaking ceiling and wet chairs. This place needs a bit of attention.
