Location and building is ok.

Place is not well maintained, bedsheet had stains, bed cover not well put. There was dust and cobwebs, felt like not cleaned for a long time. Even the washroom for driver was clogged. The custodian cannot speak any other language, if you dont speak Malayalam, communication is a challenge. Owner should have a dedicated caretaker to be available at the property at all times.
