The views of the ocean are fantastic. The rooms are well appointed. Spa is excellent. Butler service was very helpful in setting up appointments like spa, photography, bell desk, nanny etc. Great private beach for Elite members

We went on a busy weekend so the food service staff seemed a bit rushed, but food was excellent overall.

Great experience all around. Staff is incredible and friendly and very accommodating. Great food options. No long waits for food or drinks. Awesome beach - lots of pool options. Kids club was fantastic.

No “toddler club”; would have been cool if they also offered a daycare option for the little ones 1-3 year olds. Rooms a little bit small.

It’s relatively new property and I liked the interior design of the restaurants and common areas the Italian restaurant was very bad the steak being our favourite but all very hard to get reservations in, the Mexican restaurant was disappointing .Our Butler Issac was very nice and attentive.

Some of the staff were quite rude , for example the two mixologists in the monkey bar completely ignored my husband and I for over 5 minutes in the bar while they were serving little kids sitting up at the bar , it should be adults only . We walked out . The staff do not wear name tags for some reason or I’d have noted their names better . The whole resort seems short staffed . There is only 1 breakfast place which is the small buffet and it’s not big enough to handle the amount of people for breakfast. You need to open a restaurant with a breakfast menu option . I didn’t enjoy the breakfast, cold eggs and pancakes , cold room service food also .. Also we upgraded to the elite club and this is definitely not worth the money and not up to other standards we’ve had at other resorts with their elite club options .
