Le cadre est magnifique juste au bord de la Dordogne, accès au centre ville à pied par les chemins de halage. Jolie résidence mais qui vieillit...mais le parc autour des bâtiments est bien entretenu. Berges de la piscine super agréable avec chaises longues et parasol. Bon contact par sms avec les propriétaires.
Le matelas du canapé BZ n'est pas confort...un clic-clac serait plus confortable je pense. Manque laverie automatique dans la résidence.

Very spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchenette. A quiet place (a complex of many such units with a large garden around). Easy takeover of the keys using a coded locker.
The GPS coordinates are completely wrong! The correct ones are N 45°5.33', E 1°56.16' - at the end of the street.
