The apartment is ideally located, just a 15-minute walk from the train station. Nestled on a quiet and charming street, it offers peace and comfort throughout the stay, while being only a few metres from the lively main road filled with delicious street food and freshly made juices. The air conditioning works well, and the bed is very comfortable. The host is exceptionally communicative and helpful, always providing prompt and attentive responses to any inquiries.

The kitchen is not suitable for preparing even simple meals, as there is insufficient space and a lack of basic equipment. It was impossible to prepare breakfast, let alone lunch or dinner. The refrigerator was very small and did not function properly — even after several hours, the water inside remained warm. The bathroom required cleaning after each use, as water splashed across the entire floor. The handheld shower head did not work properly, with very weak water pressure, although the rain shower functioned well. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odour in both the bathroom and kitchen, which, according to previous guest reviews, has not yet been resolved. We had to keep the door between the kitchen and bedroom closed at all times. Despite two air fresheners being installed, the damp smell persisted. Overall, I can recommend the apartment for its excellent location and the host’s good communication, but not for the current condition of the facilities. I hope the owner will address these issues soon to improve the guest experience.
