The bed and sofa are both amazingly comfy, everything was lovely and clean! Really grateful for the toiletries available, and the hosts provided tea/coffee, milk and bottled water in the fridge which was so appreciated! The area is beautiful, really quiet and peaceful and we felt really safe walking around at night. About a 15-20 minute walk to New Barnet train station which was great! The hosts are lovely and contacted me in advance to have a chat about arrival times etc. They are very responsive and helpful, thank you so much!
Bathroom is a little bit small but the use of space is great and it didn't affect us too much!

Absolutely spotless and the host was super nice and friendly. Perfect location.
It was very hot and we had no way of turning the heating down. It did disturb sleep as kept coming on every hour. No thermostat control. We were also unable to open the skylight windows in the sofa room to ventilate. Not a particular criticism just hope this is helpful for future visitors.

Close to tube and shops. The place was clean and has all you need for a stay. The host was really helpful and prompt with any queries.
