The overall property is fantastic for large groups with or without children. There is a huge garden and play area including a petanque court and a myriad of toys, small ride alongs and even a chalk board for playing games like hangman or for children drawing etc. The patio deck is great and the living/dining area ample, well set out and full of comfy seating as well as more childerns playthings such as lego, action men and all things between. The table football is fun too. A nice place to stay, you dont really need to go anywhere from this rural idyl. There are a number of great places to visit locally as well. Despite the rustic style of the bedrooms, and if you are OK with quirky, you could have a fabulous stay here.

The main bedroom area upstairs is part AC, but not all rooms, the bunk bed room is not and only fits younger kids. The place is let down somewhat with the downstairs bedrooms which have limited windows (this is a bit of an issue in the living area too albeit the patio doors air the room well) and in some cases no opening units at all. The rooms are quirky and feel a bit like porta cabins; one is a long narrow cupboard affair. This would be less problematic if the weather was not 34C and the mozzies not so active! The bathroom configs were odd too, some operate more like a dorm function such as 3 showers in a row; again, this probably works well for large groups. If I were the owner, I'd look to normalise the bedrooms to make the property the best it could be as that is the only downside.
