Very comfortable and clean. Would book with this host again, but probably a different property.

Love the comfort of the beds. Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. The second room is advertised as being 2 queen beds, but it's really twins. Which was fine for us; we just readjusted our sleeping arrangements to include the sofa (which was an excellent bed!).

Ended up on the bottom floor, so none of the "breathtaking views" applied to us, and it was too far up the mountain to stay if you didn't get to enjoy the beauty. Said the kitchen was fully stocked, but for sleeping 6 people only provided 4 forks total, and we had 6 in our family. And there was NOTHING in the kitchen. No salt, pepper, oil, and not even a baking sheet. Just be aware that you might need to pack or purchase a little more than you think, especially if you are cooking during your stay. Also our check in time was 4pm but cleaning staff was still in the unit until 4:40.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment with mountain view above Gatlinburg!

The apartment is beautiful with a great view, we had everything we needed during our stay! The access code was sent to us plenty in advance with clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We also got to enjoy the hot tub in the evening, which was quite nice.

Some little improvements could go a long way - for example fixing the shower door in one of the bathrooms and fixating the dish washer so it doesn't tilt forwards when loading and unloading. But that did not impact our stay in any way. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about, was the fact that on booking.com it was stated that the payment would be made at the time of arrival and the credit card details provided were only as a security. Once booked, a deposit was charged to said credit card and we received an rental agreement stating that we had to pay the whole stay 4 weeks in advance. With the check-in being contactless it makes total sense to pay in advance, I just like being presented with all the booking details before making the booking and I would like to know in advance that my credit card is being charged right away.

For the price and matching our need of comfort after a days outing to the mountains I would say this is the perfect plac

The unit is basically clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is just perfect, near to the city proper of Gatlinburg which has so much fun to offer. They provide the basics for your first day such as coffee and all the works plus some welcome snacks. We love seeing mama bear with 2 cubs roaming around the area each morning. We were not able to try the outdoor and indoor pool but if you have youngsters this would be so nice. Some luck if you see the bear cubs near the pool😊

The view to the mountains and the city was obstructed by the grown trees basically because the unit is on the ground floor. It would be nice if it’s on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Unfortunately we were not able to hook up to the WiFi . But anyway we were out most of the day so it really does not affect the quality of our stay. The dinner wares and cooking utensils could use some upgrades, the plastics are worn out. I would suggest investing in some nice real (not plastic) dinnerwares so then it would be lovely.
