    Only stayed one night, but pretty decent for the price.

    One of the staff was really kind and helped me with luggage storage after checking out! However, when I was checking in, the staff on duty did not offer to help carry my luggages up… I had two luggage and I am not a strong girl… haha. I was also staying at the highest floor (third floor), meaning about two or three flights of stairs up. Eventually another person staying offered to help, and as I had two luggages, the staff offered! I did not mind that and would have still given a 5 star rating, but I realised the housekeeping did not change my sheets. There’s housekeeping everyday, and I have lash extensions. I went back to my room after a day out shopping. I took a nice shower and to my surprise, I found a strand of lash underneath my pillow… I also found a towel with a purple-ish black stain on it, not sure if it was from my toothpaste, or they just did not wash the old towels properly from other customers. I was wearing Uggs during my stay there, meaning my socks had fur on it. The floor had some fur that was on my socks, and when I came back, the floor was not vacuumed. I expected the housekeeping to be better, with new towels given, new sheets and a vacuumed floor… Not forgetting that the TV signal was really bad, so it starts lagging every 5 mins or so.
