There was no breakfast served, but the location was excellent. Easy to drive each day to the parking lot and walk a short distance to river run gondola. However, we had four adults and one child who was 10 years old. It may be more difficult with small children to walk the distance from the parking lot to the river run gondola, but there are lockers to keep your skis there for a small fee. We were there four nights and we skied three days. It was easy to get our rentals at breeze rentals which is just a short walk and connected to the building. The room provided the essentials and we would highly recommend.
We were disappointed one night the pool and spa were shut down for repairs. They quickly remedied the situation and it was open again the next day.
