Lovely apartment with high ceilings and two large windows in a great and convenient location. It is clean, safe, and comfortable. Easy contact with the menagement team

A few suggestions for improvement: ​Plumbing: After short/prolonged use, the water in both the bathroom and kitchen sinks drains very slowly and fills the basin to the brim. This needs to be fixed. ​Mirrors: There are no mirrors in the apartment other than the small one in the bathroom. A full-length or larger mirror would be a great addition. ​Towels: Providing only one face towel and one bath towel for a 5-night stay is not enough. Please consider increasing the number of towels for longer stays. ​Curtains: The blackout curtains don't slide smoothly and are quite difficult to move. ​Atmosphere: Adding a few pictures, decorative items and a floor lamp with warm light would make the space feel much cozier, warmer, and more homely. I would have preferred a more modern and sturdy bed, along with a firmer, more supportive mattress.

The location is incredible. Coffee shops and supermarket on the doorstep. It is 3 minutes walk to central Kazmiriez. And a 10 minutes walk to the old town square. Quiet location with access to everything. The apartment contains everything you will need; washing machine, crockery, cutlery, huge fridge freezer, massive television, bed, sofa bed, pots, panss etc. The staff are responsive and very helpful.

The bathroom needed a deep clean, it contained mould. The grate/draining in the shower was very unusual. It was basically a thin channel in the floor. The trouble was that the tiles are cracked and broken around the grate and it is very sharp. The floor is tile and slippy...my foot slipped into the sharp tiles and got cut. Someone could potentially really hurt themselves on this. Apartment maintenance needed access to the apartment during my stay (on my birthday) I had to leave the keys for the person to access the property, but all my valuables where in the apartment; clothes, computers, watches etc. Nobody from Squarestate was there to supervise this; the options were to stay in the apartment, or leave the keys.

Great location and it had everything you need from an apartment, liked the kitchen and big windows the most. Loved the way to the building, easy access to old town, tram, caffe’s and restaurants.
