The landlord’s deduction of the security deposit is arbitrary and seriously non-compliant. Even after the property was checked out and returned, the landlord was still able to invent reasons to deduct the deposit at will. Regarding the alleged small spot stains on the bedsheets, the landlord provided unreasonable and unsubstantiated claims, asserting that the stains could not be cleaned and that the sheets had to be discarded. However, no specific quantity, detailed list, or concrete evidence was prov Furthermore, the third-party deposit platform appointed by the landlord failed to review or verify the landlord’s evidence and directly cooperated in deducting the deposit. The deposit insurance terms provided before check-in were vague and unclear. The platform completely ignored the guest’s complaints and refused to provide any co From the guest’s perspective, the security deposit carries significant financial risk. In addition, on the very first day of check-in, there was insufficient hot water available for bathing, which seriously affected the basic living experience.

Excellent Customer Service and Lush Property

The property was clean and tidy! So many amenities that made our visit comfortable and pleasant. The instructions were clear and any questions we had were answered within minutes. Couldn’t be more happy with the customer service

Intransigent and unhelpful management/owner ruined experience in an otherwise fine property

+ Big house, 4 bedrooms & bathrooms. + Well-equipped kitchen. + Nice gesture of leaving chocolates.

- Security deposit of EUR 550 demanded (not 500 as stated on Booking.com). - Also, the security deposit is handled over a website we have never heard of, where you have to give your credit card details in advance (not in cash and at check-in as stated on Booking.com). - Security deposit released from credit card only seven days after checkout. - The WiFi password that we were given didn't work. The WiFi network was visible, but we couldn't log in with the password. - The house was freezing cold. Allegedly, there is a central heating, but the controls were disconnected and the management company told us that the owner doesn't allow it to be switched on. If you want to do a Wim Hof, this is your place; otherwise, stay away!

Very pleasant stay in a spacious, clean and modern property

Spacious and well equipped - comfortable beds - nice quiet neighbourhood - good clear instructions for checking in.

The underfloor heating was not working and the whole living area relied on AC units which did not provide sufficient heat given the outside temperature and despite asking how to turn up the heating we were told it was not possible. For the money we paid we would expect to be warm enough to be cosy and not having to wear extra layers to keep warm.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage. Ausgezeichnete Betreuung und sehr gutes Management.

Sehr schönes und großes Haus mit einem schönen Garten. Überwiegend sehr sauber. Alles sehr neuwertig. Sehr geräumig. Privater Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Tolle Lage, sehr gute Wohngegend. Bahnhof für die Reise in das Zentrum von Paris mit dem Bus (Bushaltestelle in der Nähe) oder Auto (kostenlose Parkplätze am Bahnhof vorhanden) gut zu erreichen. In weniger als 30 Min. ist man im Zentrum (mit der Zuglinie RER B). Super tolle Kommunikation von und mit der Hausverwaltung.

Kein Fernseher. Wohnraumtemperatur war nicht individuell einstellbar (wurde aber von der Hausverwaltung auf Wunsch Remote angepasst).

Très bon séjour.

Maison très moderne et confortable, agréable à habiter. Literie confortable. Facile de se garer. Jardin sympa et aménagé. Interlocuteurs agréables et serieux. Bon accueil. Pas de mauvaise surprise.

Pas de salle de bain et toilettes au premier étage. Dommage que les plombs aient sauté et attente du propriétaire pour remettre l' électricité car on ne pouvait la remettre seuls mais propriétaire réactif et problème réglé rapidement. Interlocuteurs réactifs mais sensation d' avoir plusieurs interlocuteurs pas toujours en phase les uns avec les autres.

Belle maison, tout confort et à 20mn de paris

Nous avons aimé l'espace à l'intérieur de la maison, la décoration très moderne, le jardin très convivial et la localisation proche du parc du sausset

La salle de bains un peu petite pour 8 personnes et les draps de bain un peu petit pour des adultes.
