House was modern, roomy and clean.
Easy to find on Sat Nav, in a quiet nice area
The concierge was quick to respond to queries
Kitchen was well equipped other than the mugs
The house was cold and had to ask for for the heating to be put on, which was a hassle as concierge said it was up to the owner to decide. Eventually the owner did put heating on but felt it should have been done via a thermostat rather than an owner decision.
The mattress on the double bed needs replacing as sinks in the middle, meaning bad, uncomfortable sleep for those sleeping in that bed
Only 3 mugs for tea/coffee in kitchen cupboard, when house accommodates 8
Ceiling height upstairs was very low, just over 5 foot! Mind your head
