A bit tired looking interior

There was nothing to dislike. The property was immaculate. Close to city centre and beach. Off street parking, great communication by the letting agent.

This was a great location for our Family. Very close to Byron central and the beach. The management team was very responsive to missing items in the kitchen.

The furniture was minimal and the futon couch that our extra guest slept on was really terrible and the couch the same. The kitchen is was not stocked well missing plates and glasses, coffee pot was cracked which was glass only one bowl and no large pots to cook in. We did ask for these items and they were replaced. I spent to much time with the management company asking for these missing items that should have been there, so management team please check the places that are being rented. The back area near the pool does not have screens so you can't leave those doors open so it is quite hot back there. The furniture is old and dirty it felt like all the old things that were owned landed in this rental. So great place that needs uplifting and then there would be great ratings.
