Amamos a localização. O apartamento é simples, com o básico necessário. Tem ar condicionado, o que é excelente! Utensílios de cozinha são todos novos. Funcionários do condomínio são super educados e atenciosos.
No check-in, o porteiro desconhecia nossa reserva. O proprietário não havia deixado as chaves conforme combinado e nem tinha avisado a portaria sobre a locação. Contudo, após conversarmos com o responsável pela reserva, tudo foi resolvido rapidamente. Limpeza do apartamento deixa a desejar. Piscina do condomínio é mal cuidada, falta manutenção.
