Apartamento Sacadura Cabral - a 2 min da praia

The apartment seemed newly updated with stylish modern fittings and decoration. It was also scrupulously clean, and provided a very good range of kitchen equipment and cleaning products. It has two bathrooms with showers, one very spacious, one less so but still fine. Brilliantly located about 100 metres from the lovely sandy beach, and a very nice beach bar (great for wave watching). Parking was easy on the road outside or there’s a designated space in the garage below the building.

The only thing missing was a view. The apartment is on the ground floor There is a balcony with space for chairs and for hanging out any washing, but the view is of the down ramp to the garage and the backs of buildings. However it does get some sun so it is somewhere you can sit outside with a nice bit of a breeze.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment (2 adults + 1-year-old child). What was especially outstanding: + The host is very welcoming, friendly, professional and responsive + Baby cot, baby high chair and plastic plates, cups, cutlery were provided in the apartment + the apartment is very well equipped (washing machine, dish washer, detergents, vacuum cleaner, brooms, laundry basket etc) + kitchen equipment (induction stove, water kettle, coffee machine, toaster, panini maker, microwave) + comfortable and clean, with modern and cosy design + extra towels and pillows were provided + quiet balcony with no neighbors looking in + private garage parking spot include (keeps the car cool in summer) + safe building in a residential neighborhood, quiet and friendly neighbors + the location is excellent (quiet road in a nice neighborhood, yet only 2 mins from the beach) + park, playground, supermarket in walking distance (max. 15 mins)

Nothing to mention. Everything was to our satisfaction or exceeding it

Ana (host) was extremely helpful e.g. I requested a microwave and it was there before I arrived. She was always available for any questions I had, was very friendly and asked to let her know if something could be improved (nothing I could think of). The lovely/comfortable/clean apartment was ideal for a 3 week business trip instead of staring at 4 walls in hotel room. Shops/supermarket/restaurants all within 5/10 minutes walk. I would have no hesitation to go back there.
