Great House in Austin! Worked out perfectly and actually had other friends say they got "out vrbo'ed" House was clean, good amenities and in a quiet neighborhood, looking forward to returning.

Once we arrived the communication with the owner was excellent. We had a few minor issues that we communicated with the owner and reach solutions.We loved the location. The outside deck is very nice.The kitchen appliances were gas and worked well.The bathrooms were as shown although we had a minor issues with the master bath shower, we worked through it. The beds were reasonably comfortable.We did use the fireplace which was great. it certainly worked for us & we believe the owner will correct the couple of issues. We would certainly consider staying there again.

We enjoyed the location. The house was roomy. We did cook several meals there and the kitchen has gas appliances which worked well. The bedrooms were good size and the beds generally comfortable. It was winter and we used the gas fireplace which was great.We also used the grill which was propane on the deck. The deck was great but needs more light where the grill is located. There were a few other issues but the communication with the owner during our stay was great.Prior to that messages to the property manager were not answered.
