About this house rental

Welcome to our historic downtown home with a fire pit, beautifully appointed and nestled in one of Historic Leesburg's most desirable neighborhoods. Just a short stroll away, you'll find various dining options ranging from gourmet restaurants to casual eateries, along with numerous brewpubs and vibrant nightlife spots. After a night out, retreat to the serene backyard oasis and relax by the fire pit. Your delightful stay is guaranteed!

This charming home spans two levels, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. On the main level, you'll find a spacious family room with a comfy couch and an extra chair, a 55" Sony flat-screen TV, a dining area with seating for six, a fully equipped kitchen, and an adjoining laundry room (Soap is automatically dispensed). The first full bathroom is conveniently located at the base of the stairs.

Upstairs, there are three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and ample closet space. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and a closet. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and includes a closet. Guests in the second and third bedrooms typically use the full bathroom located on the main level.

The private backyard is a delightful retreat, featuring a Breeo smokeless fire pit and six Adirondack chairs. I provide seasoned firewood and a starter in the silver milk can, with a long lighter available in the kitchen drawer for your use.

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM. We love getting guests in early whenever the schedule allows. We'll let you know by noon the day before if an earlier check-in is available, and there's no charge for it.

Coffee & Tea: We provide a drip coffee maker with locally roasted coffee from Loco Beans, plus a selection of teas. The home also has a Nespresso Vertuo machine — if you'd like to use it, please bring your own Nespresso Vertuo pods (the dome-shaped pods with a barcode on the rim). Original-line Nespresso pods and most "Nespresso-compatible" pods will not fit this machine. Vertuo pods are sold on the Nespresso website and at many local grocery stores.

Families: This home has a Pack 'n Play (please bring your own bedding for it) and kid-friendly plates, cups, and utensils. Every home has a high chair available during your stay — just let us know before you arrive that you'll need one, along with your child's age, so we can have the right chair ready.

We also supply bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and black makeup towels (please avoid using white towels for face cleaning). Bath towels are located in baskets in each room, with at least four towels provided per room. Each room is equipped with rapid phone chargers, connected to the back of the nightstands, featuring cables with three different connectors. For your comfort, all the sheets and duvet covers in the home are made of 100% linen, ensuring a super comfortable night's sleep.

This was the perfect property for our stay. We had two adults and three teenage girls. We came down for a horse show and the driveway fit two trucks perfectly! It was a huge plus we were able to park at the house easily and walk down the hill to a ton of different restaurants and coffee shops. We were close to the venue and had wonderful coffee to start each day. Host was very helpful with questions I had before I booked the house & checkout could not have been easier. We hope to stay here again for our next visit! Thank you for all the attention to detail the house had.

Amazing Host and super communicative. He even gave us the option to let us in early if we needed. Quick to response when we had troubles with entry. Could not recommend enough!
