About this cottage rental
Our lodging is located in the Corral
de Calatrava area, a town in the province of Ciudad Real.
It is a traditional farmhouse dating back to the 19th century, renovated in 2014 to offer our guests all the modern comforts in stylish rooms designed for relaxation.
As for capacity, it sleeps 6 people, though it can be expanded to accommodate up to 8 guests, who will have the following spaces at their disposal:
• A spacious and bright living-dining room, featuring a spectacular floor-to-ceiling window from which to enjoy views of the outdoors. It features armchairs facing the fireplace area, with a plasma TV mounted above it. Just behind it is the dining area, with a wooden table and chairs for everyone. You’ll also find the two sofa beds in this space.
• The kitchen opens onto the previous room in an open-concept, open-kitchen style, and is fully equipped with cookware and appliances so you can cook just like at home.
• A small living area, reading nook, computer station, and space to relax.
• 3 double bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (1.50 and 1.60), to recharge after a day of sightseeing. All rooms feature a plasma TV, air conditioning, and a fan. Of these rooms, 2 have en suite bathrooms with showers, toiletries, towel sets, and a hair dryer.
• An additional shared bathroom, fully equipped with all amenities.
• A game room where everyone can have a great time together, equipped with games.
Outside, the house offers:
• An upstairs terrace with lounge chairs.
• A beautifully furnished courtyard where you can enjoy the fresh air, featuring a barbecue area and a pool surrounded by lawn and lounge chairs for sunbathing.
• A gated parking area with space for 4 vehicles.
This home is ideal for families and couples looking to unwind and relax; it’s essential that guests enjoy and take good care of the property. Parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc., are prohibited.
