Nestled in the heart of the Val di Chiana near Chiusi is Podere Grotta Antica, with a beautifully restored 17th-century farmhouse, an outbuilding and an ancient cave.
Podere Grotta Antica's 3 elegant rooms feature wood-beamed ceilings, brick vaults and terracotta floors.
The walls, painted in natural colors, are a perfect match for the vintage Tuscan furnishings and objects from the country life of yesteryear.
The old barn has also been expertly renovated and is now a splendid apartment with kitchen, fireplace, bedroom with king-size bed, air conditioning, smart TV and private outdoor space in which to enjoy meals or relax while enjoying the excellent view of the Tuscan hills.
Guests have a large garden at their disposal, with a gazebo to enjoy breakfasts on fine days or in the beautiful garden-view dining room in case of rain, a sun terrace equipped with sun loungers, a barbecue area and wide green spaces to relax with long walks in contact with unspoiled Nature.
The location is optimal for exploring Val d'Orcia, Val di Chiana and nearby Umbria, with its beautiful villages, art cities and breathtaking landscapes.
The proximity to Lake Chiusi, Montepulciano and Lake Trasimeno is perfect for a cycling vacation in close contact with Nature.

Meticulously furnished with typical Tuscan antique furniture and accessories from the life of the farmers of the past, it features original beamed ceilings and typical Tuscan terracotta floors. Inside the room there is: air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, Smart TV, mini fridge, private bathroom with shower and Japanese WC-bidet, hair dryer with diffuser, kettle with selection of tea and herbal teas to be enjoyed comfortably in your room. Possibility to add a possible extra crib.
