There are two bathrooms: one inside Bedroom 1, equipped with a bathtub, and a second bathroom with a shower stall just outside Bedroom 2. It features a spacious, open-concept living room with a kitchen and dining area, decorated in the same style as the bedrooms and fully equipped, making the space both comfortable and functional. The living room is furnished with two sofas, one of which converts into a 135-cm bed, increasing the accommodation capacity. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances: refrigerator, glass-ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, blender, iron, and toaster. The dining table seats six people. The apartment has several entrances leading directly to the plaza or to the terrace, which is also accessible from the living room. Vehicle access is permitted right up to the front door of the house, with no parking issues and completely free of charge. The area is safe for children, as it is a historic district with no through traffic. It features a terrace overlooking the plaza with direct access to one of the bedrooms.
