About this house rental
Welcome to the peaceful oasis comfortably sleeps 8 guests!
Nest in the woods you will find this well appointed beautiful home with a grand entrance just up the stairs. Once you walk in you will find an ample living room just ahead, right around the corner is a large kitchen with everything you need for your stay. On both side of hallway you will find 2 spacious suites with private bathroom with comfortable king beds and one of them with a wall mounted TV. Bedroom 3 is upstairs w. 2 queen size beds, TV, bathroom & seating area. Right outside the living room, a Wrap around porch with plenty of sitting and dining options. A grill is available to use as well on the porch.
The house is About 1 mile to the tennis court and just a short drive to 3.5 miles of pristine white sand beaches ,world class golf courses. And you are right on the island’s most scenic bike path.
The property is also close to Freshfield village where all the shopping and entertainment take place. Miles of White sand beach with 9 beach accesses and bike trail are just right around the corner. For free:) the closest one is 7 minutes drive away.
We will provide beach chairs and towels for your stay.
You can rent bikes, strollers, LSV( golf cart)
Etc. right here on the island.
For communications, We are your host that live here locally, we will respond your question and concerns within a hour or soon via the app.
FOLLOWING IS VERY IMPORTANT NOTE AND POLICY, please read before you book!
The gate pass is free for the 1 Car. Each additional car is $40 each. Per stay. Max 4 cars.
You DO NOT need an amenity card to stay and enjoy the beaches and surrounding areas. As homeowners, we are not affiliated or getting incentives from the Amenity office. But we are obligated to inform the guests about it.
Amenity card is required to Access indoor and outdoor pools, golf, gym, tennis and restaurants. Other than the outdoor pool, there are still fees and charges associated with all the activities.
$55 a day per family or group. You don’t have to get it all the days that you are here, just the days you needed.
PLEASE pre order in the website seabrookisland. com, under “visit Seabrook” at least 48 HOURS AHEAD. You might not able to order or $75 fee will be charged via resolution center if request less than 48hours.

We appreciate the listing accuracy! The host was in contact with us during the whole stay for anything that we needed. There was plenty of space and a lovely are surrounding the house. The separate sleeping sections were perfect for kids and parents. Hope to see about visiting again!

Great communication prior and throughout! So clean and spacious! Adored the screen porch for coffee n the morning and relaxing in the evening! Easy bike ride to the beach or Freshfields! Such easy checkout ! We were even allowed to go in a few hours early and take our time leaving ! Definitely keeping it on our radar for next visit!

Very good 3 bed/3.5 bath for three couples. there were good spaces to be together and great bedrooms to retreat to. The screened in porch was particularly comfortable. The owner was very prompt and helpful with questions. There was a fair amount of white carpet, so I was glad not to have small children.
