Welcome to Sunset Rose, Adorable 1959 Brick Cottage fully remolded with stainless steal & granite kitchen, King Master Bedroom, Game area, Wi-Fi & Sunset Views overlooking the large yard with patio, BBQ & fire pit.
The full house is Level with one step entry for Grandparents (exception of basement game room & Laundry room which you can go around back and enjoy with no steps).
Listen to the urban sounds of a distant train or an exciting school football game. Walk to Historic 1828 Downtown Newnan (1 Mile) while passing the new state of art Newnan High school & many 1800's mansions along the way. Community Parks, Eateries, Parades, Farmers Market all nearby. You are close to everything!

We visit Newnan often and found this place to be well appointed and convenient. It's proximity to downtown Newnan is great! It is close to a busy intersection right next to the new large high school but we didn't mind and traffic was never an issue for our day to day outings. Evenings were quiet. The house itself is cute, clean and comfortable. It's very tastefully updated and the kitchen has all the necessities needed for a pleasant stay short or long. We will definitley have this rental marked as a favorite for our future trips to visit local family.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. The house was also close to downtown which was very charming.

The house was large and had nice amenities. Beautiful decor and landscaping. The downsides were that the property wasn’t as clean as I had expected. There was dust on the furniture and under the beds. There were no dishwasher pods left, so we were unable to follow the cleaning instructions that ask for the dishes to be ran before leaving. There were beetles and biting ladybugs all over the house, it made us feel uncomfortable. We also found it unusual that the owner has food stored in the freezer that states that it was not to be eaten by guests. All around, a mostly good stay. Would likely not stay again.
