"Great spacious cabin. Wonderful deck and hardtop roads all the way to the house. Not far off the main road. Lower level needs to be aired out. Very musty, so much so we all stayed on the other levels...."

The cabin was clean on the inside, very gorgeous. The hot tub had too much chlorine in it, gave us a bit of a rash. When the smoke detectors went off at 10:30 at night I did get to talk to someone, but the response time was taking way to long to come. Thank goodness my husband is a firefighter and silenced the alarms.

Actually got to check in earlier which was a plus. Cabin has great views. Clean. The downstairs is where my husband and I stayed and there was a mold/mildew smell. My husband is a contractor and he thinks there may be a leak from upstairs shower behind the wall. He heard some dripping at one time. (Which is one of those things when you own a home). We were however very disappointed with the hot tub. When we go to mountains and rent a cabin that is one of our evening activities that we always do. Monday evening we were like ok just turn temp up and check on it Tuesday. Still the same temp that afternoon so I called Eagle Property Management and they sent someone out to check on it. We were gone up town. Wednesday still wasnโ€™t working so called again. Someone came out again and he worked on most of the day. When we got in Wednesday evening temp was still not above 85. This time when I called I was little irritated as we were leaving Friday morning. When called the lady that answered is same one had talked to the previous times and when advised that I was getting little irritated then I got the voice change and the defensive tone. Did not appreciate that at all. Iโ€™m a consumer that paid for a cabin with a hot tub and a hot tub that we could not use after being there 3 nights. When we got home Thursday night wasnโ€™t at a high temperature but could have got in but would still be cold with the outside temperature 48. Friday at checkout time was at appropriate temp.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had all we needed and we enjoyed sitting by the fireplace in the evenings.
