The cabin boasts two levels of covered decks, offering stunning views of the surrounding forest. The entire exterior of the property is treated with scheduled pest management. With that being said, the property is in the woods of a large nature reserve, so an occasional bug sighting comes with the territory.
• Location is important in the mountains! The major cell phone carriers have no issue with phone signal here!
• Located in a gated community (Coosawattee River Resort) with 24/7 security so safety is of no concern.
• There are many entrances to our resort community, but the home is located near the entrance for easy access to all the activities, orchards, vineyards, hiking trails, shopping, and local restaurants.
• Easy Check in available with Keypad and smart lock with personalized key code
• All roads leading the home are paved roads and well maintained so no narrow gravel paths , any car can get you here.

Coosawattee River Resort is a 5,500 acre, gated community and nature preserve in the beautiful North Georgia mountains in Ellijay, GA! Ellijay is the Apple and Mountain bike capital of Georgia with endless activities to enjoy! Many deer call the neighborhood home and I can almost guarantee you will see them in their natural habitat each day.
It also offers many amenities for free for the first 8 guests. Your Stay includes access to an Indoor (heated pool)/outdoor pools, mini golf (Putt putt) , pickle-ball, basketball and tennis courts, workout room (weights, exercise bike, elliptical, treadmill), and arcade w/ pool table, ping pong, air hockey and arcade games. I would recommend a day at the pool followed by a round of mini golf in the early evening! These amenities can be access with the use of an amenity pass. Your stay includes 2 passes. Each pass is good for admission of 4 people! If more than 8 passes are needed they can be purchased at the HOA office! Please leave the passes when you checkout otherwise there is a $100 replacement fee.
You also get access to all 5 community parks, access to the River tubing (tube not included) and rope swing, Picnic Area with Charcoal BBQ Grills, fishing pond (No License required), Fenced in Doggy park area (Large and Small dog separation).

The property was great. The whole family enjoyed the getaway. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. There was even a Christmas tree and decorations to make it even more cozy for this time of year. Would recommend this cabin to anyone and we are hoping to make an annual trip here in the future.

This cabin was incredible. There is basically three floors with three living rooms lots of bathrooms. Everything is well kept and clean. We enjoyed the basement with the ping-pong table. The hot tub was also very well kept and clean. Very nice to relax after the long day at the Apple festival. Also, the sheets were super soft and pillows were super cozy.
