About this house rental
Comfortable outside furniture in pool area, 65" Flat ScreenTV, outside grill and dining table, heated pool, makes this house perfect for cook outs and entertainment! You will enjoy tropical plants, birds singing, tropical trees and views surrounding the house! Depending on the season you might get a chance of tasting some fruits from the fruit trees on the property! Fishing in the canal, watching turtles and manatees in the water, beautiful sunsets and sunrises- all these exciting things are awaiting for you!
The house is full of local artists' paintings and art pieces (some of them are for sale).
Estero Beach and Sanibel Beach are 30 minutes away. Naples is a great place to visit especially 5th avenue with galleries, cafes and the best Italian food! Sarasota is another fun place to visit only 1 hr 20 mints away!

This house was very nice however there are some things that you can tell the owners are still working on but even with that being said they were very responsive to all the small things we found to be wrong. The property manager was very nice and got back to us thru messaging quickly. The beds were very comfortable and the back patio was so nice for our family to spend time together! The community was very quiet during the later hours and even during the day most days we were there. It is super close to stores and anything we needed to go do.

We really enjoyed our stay. Overall the house was great. A few things popped up along the way (light in pool, amazon deliveries, hair in shower drain…) BUT owners contacted us immediately when we addressed these minor issues with them. It is a drive to Ft Myers/Sanibel but the neighbor is clean, and quiet. I would recommend this house if you are looking for family time and a central location between Ft Myers and Port Charlotte.

Owners are highly responsive and friendly. Everything you need for your vacation is here in this home. Outdoor area is well furnished. We appreciated the screened in pool area as well as the unscreened deck. Fishing off the lawn/dock area was also great.
