Located directly on the water in Falmouth, this delightful cottage offers some of the prettiest views on Cape Cod, overlooking the unspoiled beaches of Washburn Island and Vineyard Sound beyond. Bring your paddleboards and kayaks (or you can rent them nearby). You can swim right off the front of the property, or paddle 100 yards across to the island, or you can walk to one of several nearby beaches. The house is part of the Old Menauhant community, which allows access (for a fee, collected by the club) to the nearby yacht club beaches, tennis courts, ping pong, youth sailing lessons, and other activities.

We had an amazing stay, the property was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and very clean! Check in and check out were seamless, and John was easy to contact. We especially enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen/grill area, and relaxing on the back porch - it’s heavenly!

Classic Cape Cod experience, historical home, newly updated and artfully done interior with all the creature comforts of 2024. Right on the water and a quick swim, paddle board or kay to Washburn Island which is fun beach to explore also only a short walk to Menauhant beach. Excellent stay and outstanding host!
