Welcome to my unique property! This is a large single family home in a quiet Denver neighborhood. Ranch style with a basement, features 3 bedrooms upstairs, 3 in the basement with 1 bathroom on each floor. Large yard, wide quiet streets with plenty of parking.

Wonderful neighborhood! Quiet. Clean house. Beds were comfortable. Host was great at communicating with us and checking in with us. Highly recommend.

Our stay was smooth and overall enjoyable. The property was clean, comfortable, and accurately represented in the listing. The check-in process was simple, and communication with the host was clear and timely.Everything met expectations for a comfortable visit. A few minor aesthetic updates — such as a few touch-ups — could enhance the overall presentation, but these did not affect the quality of our stay.Overall, a pleasant experience and a solid choice for a short or casual getaway. Would return again!
