Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 1'100 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, terrace (80 m2). Storeroom available. Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 8 km, railway station "Manosque" 52 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 70 km, bathing lake "Lac de Sainte Croix" 23 km.
