Cosy, rustic house "Vittorio", 2 storeys, semi-detached. In the resort Montorgiali, 10 km from the centre of Scansano, on a slope, 35 km from the sea. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), well-kept terraced garden with wildlife garden and flowers. Hot tub. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at 50 m on the premises. Shop 50 m, supermarket 10 km, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Grosseto" 20 km, ferry "Civitavecchia" 110 km, sandy beach "Marina di Grosseto" 35 km, thermal baths "Saturnia" 30 km. Marina 45 km, golf course (18 hole) 35 km. Nearby attractions: Montiano 23 km, Grosseto 20 km, Campagnatico 26 km. Hiking paths: Parco Naturale della Maremma 26 km.

Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, freezer, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds and air conditioning. Patio, garden, porch. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs, box-room. Panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. 2 parking spaces on the lower part of the property, from there through the garden via footpath and stairs to the house (approx. 50 m). Wir haben uns auch in den sehr heißen Sommertagen in der Unterkunft mit dem riesigen und schönen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt (vor allem unser Hund). Alles ist sauber und der Hauseigentümer war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hat sofort geholfen als es kleinere Probleme gab. Das Dorf ist sehr klein mit engen Straßen und Gassen, wie man sich ein italienisches Dorf eben vorstellt. Die Einwohner waren ebenfalls überaus freundlich.

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und die Küche war gut ausgestattet , es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage war zwischen Badestrand und den Thermalquellen von Saturnia, so daß beides täglich erreichbar war, das war für uns sehr wichtig. Auch an heißen Tagen blieb die Wohnung kühl.
