Die Fewo ist komfortabel ausgestattet (besonders der Küchenbereich) und insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Die gesamte Wohnung hat Fußbodenheizung, welche automatisch geregelt wird und manuell nicht verstellt werden soll/kann. Im Schlafzimmer ist das ungünstig, da dort auch ständig ca. 24 Grad sind und bei geöffneten Fenster weiter geheizt wird. Der Empfang deutscher Sender im TV war nicht (wie beschrieben)möglich, dafür gab es gutes W-LAN Netz. Insgesamt eine sehr gute und gepflegte Unterkunft.
