For shared use: natural state property with trees. In the house: bicycle rental. Grocery, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 160 m, railway station "Latisana (Milano-Venezia-Triest)" 21 km, sandy beach 700 m, thermal baths "Bibione Thermae" 2.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km. Nearby attractions: Oasi Naturalistica Val Grande - Bibione. The owner does not accept any groups. Beach service: During summer season 1 parasol and 2 deck-chairs per apartment included in the price.

Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet. Service war kompetent und freundlich. Strandservice war inclusive. Schneller Check in , trotz starkem Anreiseverkehr. Für Familien sehr empfehlenswert! Auffallend ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der BewohnerBibiones. Achtung, komplizierte Parkregeln in der Stadt, kann teuer werden

Es waren nicht ausreichend Gartenmöbel vorhanden. Ein Grillrost und eine Wäscheleine sollte unbedingt mitgebracht werden. Die Kaffeemaschine ist südländisch nur ein Espressobrüher.Die Wohnung und insbesondere der Treppenaufgang außen hatten längere Zeit keinen Besen gesehen.Die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Agentur Europa ließ arg zu wünschen übrig. Grund: Die Spaghettiparty sollte zu einem Geburtstag besucht werden. Trotz telefonischer Vorauskunft und Terminwunsch vor Ort hat man uns einen nicht existenten Termin bestätigt/gebucht. Die folgende Beschwerde vor Ort hat man nur mit einem Axelzucken beantwortet ("Da kann man nichts machen") – keine Entschuldigung, nix!
