Welcome to our charming beach house nestled on a cul-de-sac just 6 minutes from the Bourne Bridge! With 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, it's ideal for family getaways. Inside, find an inviting space with ample seating. The well-equipped kitchen leads to a sunroom and patio with gas grill, solo stove, and brand-new outdoor shower.
Don't miss out on fresh seafood at the nearby Lobster Trap and exploring the scenic Cape Cod Canal.

The space:
Two beaches are within walking distance, and the Gray Gables Market, a ½ mile away, has grocery staples, a butcher, sandwiches and a great wine & liquor selection.
-Central air throughout the home to keep you cool on hot summer days.
-Living room with a smart TV.
-2 Queen Beds, 1 King Bed + 1 Twin Trundle Bed
**No events, parties or large gatherings allowed. If you have company for dinner or a
beach day, the number of guests cannot exceed 6 unless you have cleared it in advance with us.**

•Gray Gables Beach ~5 minute walk, 0.2 miles
•Mashnee Dike Beach ~12 minute walk, 0.5 miles
•Gray Gables Market ~ 0.6 miles
•Lobster Trap ~1.0 miles
•Entrance to Cape Cod Canal bike path (for parking use “Tidal Flats Recreation Area” in GPS) ~ 1.1 miles

Other things to note
Please note we have a solo stove in the backyard with a supply of firewood. If you run out, our neighbor sells it (please refer to guidebook) or you can pick up at Gray Gables Market.
We have a drip coffee maker & supply the filters.
We have 1 bike & 1 bike lock located in the garage. Please make sure to lock bike when you are using it. There is also a pump for tires if they get low. If any of the above is missing after your stay, you will be charged a fee ($500). There are beach toys, chairs and a wagon for your use.
