    We have stayed at Hotel 23 multiple times this past year, and will definitely visit again. Staff are very helpful, and went out of their way to assist and accomodate us during our stay. Location could not be any better, and we recommend rooms with numbers in 200 or 300 range for space and natural light. Definitely a thumbs up from us.

    Very spacious and comfortable room and bathroom, amenties are also adequately good. Staff was very friendly and welcome drinks were included. The hotel is located close to shopping centre with supermarkets and restaurants, not too far from train station as well. The only downside is the indoor climate. We stayed on a fairly hot day, even with the aircon on and windows opened, ventilation is still not good for our room. At night it was quite stuffy and too warm to sleep in. We also felt like the pillows could be better too. Overall we would recommend it, but would advise extra consideration in summer.

    Place is nice and very close to city centre also to transport. Staff is very helpful. Safe environment and rooms are classy and very nice.

    The hotel was generally a bit run down. Wouldn’t classify it as a 4-star hotel or at least not in terms of the quality of the room. We were only there for one night on our way to the airport. If you stay there for that reason, the hotel is absolutely adequate. Wouldn’t really stay for much longer though. The staff was friendly. Room rates were very cheap, so that made up for the rest. Although, if I knew beforehand, I would have happily paid 30 euros more for another 4 or 5-star hotel with better facilities.
