About this apartment rental

Little studio on private courtyard luxuriously renovated, quiet, accessible, confortable for a wonderful stay in the heart of Paris Le Marais, the most lively, festive area nearby Beaubourg, République , Bastille and Notre-Dame.

15m2 (165 sqft) ground floor studio on a private courtyard of a 17th typical building of Le Marais freshly renovated with exposed beams, half-timbered, exposed stones, bricks and teck wooden floor.

You will be in the heart of Paris, closed to Arts & Métiers subway station and bus stations and you will be able to move quickly all around Paris. You will optimize your stay!

Building and courtyard are accessible through a gate protected by a digit code number. All the double-glazed windows are built in safety unbreakable glass.

Made for 2 persons with all the confort, a quiet place and easy to access!

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a ceramic glass cooktop, an oven, an extractor fan, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a combo washer/dryer/steamer machine, a Nespresso pot and an italian pot, a kettle, a toaster and a foldaway table.

A welcome kit will be offered to our guests!

In the bathroom, you will find a shower stall, a WC, a sink, a towel drying heater and a hair dryer.
We provide towels: large, medium & wash towels but also wash gloves.

The living room offers a leather sofa bed with a real 140x190 mattress (Bultex technology).
We provide sheets and blanket.
The TV is connected to more than 200 channels and has a direct internet access.
A sound bar with Bluetooth connection will allow you to listen to your favorite music.
Finally, a very high-speed internet connexion is provided, free for charge, in order to connect your notebook, your smartphone or your pad.

An ironing table and an iron are provided for you.

Our studio has been built for our guests: enjoy your trip in Paris!

Take the "RER B" in the direction of "Saint-Rémy-les-Chevreuse" and get off at "Châtelet-les Halles" station.
Take the n°11 subway line in the direction of "Mairie des Lilas" and get off at "Arts et Métiers" station.
Go out and take "rue de Beaubourg".

Take the "Orlyval" in the direction of "Anthony".
