Good an amazing room by the pool. All 1st floor rooms on main buildings have an exit straight to the pool. Amazing beach right after the main pool. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff.
The only issue with the hotel location is for those who are looking for actions and malls which are at least 1 hour drive from the resort. Otherwise, amazing location

먼곳에서 편하게 릴렉스하는곳입니다. 수영장이 3개이고 해변가 바로앞이고 해변은 조용합니다 쓰래기없이 꺠끗하고 (아쉽게도 물고기는 별로없어요) 시원합니다. 호텔은 조금 연식이 된것 같은데 크게 티나는 부분은 없습니다. 아쉬운것이라면 에어컨에서 조금 냄새가....(곰팡내가) 살짝 나네요... 방 바꿔달라할까하다 짐 풀어서 그냥 지냈습니다. 조식 구성 나쁘지않고 푹 쉬기좋았어요. 해변가가 한쪽 끝까지간다면 비행기가 머리위에서 착륙하고 몇백미터 근처에서 이륙하는 (777기가 날라갈때는 바람이 파도에 뒤로 물러서는 장면이 보이는 ... ) 보기 쉽지않은 장면을 볼 수 있는데 해변이 진짜 엄청 길어서 현실적으로 차없이 가는건 좀 무리....^^;;; 그 외에도 F&B는 태국 호텔로써는 좀 비싸요 차로 나가서 먹어야지 그냥 매번 거기서 사먹기에는 조금 돈이 아쉬운 기분입니다.

Nice rooms, pool and facilities. But really poor service in general. We got the wrong room, had to wait until next day to get it and move the luggage our selves. My daughter got an injury they were not helpful and didn’t even have a proper first aid kit. No drying rack available. No pool towels at 09:00 am and we were asked to go ask the cleaning lady ourselves. Just generally not helpful staff. I wouldn’t book again.
