A localização do estúdio mesmo dentro da quinta é privilegiado, encontra-se na parte mais alta do terreno com uma vista fantástica sobre o rio. A casa é bem insonorizada e confortável. A pessoa que nos recebeu foi bastante atencioso e fez-nos um rápida visita das imediações e do estúdio.
A entrada para a quinta é pouco perceptível quando vimos na nacional. Pouca visibilidade noturna na zona das escadas para subir para o estúdio.

Le lieu n avait pas du être ouvert ni nettoyé depuis longtemps, plusieurs toiles d araignées, vaisselle à nettoyer car forte odeur de renfermé, le sol poussiéreux, le micro onde non fonctionnel, le bassin vide à notre arrivée et le train qui passe juste derrière la terrasse toute la journée et toute la nuit, enfin des travaux sur la voie ferrée toute la nuit. À noter que l accès à la voie ferrée n est pas du tout protégé donc à déconseiller aux familles avec enfants explorateurs.
