A localização do estúdio mesmo dentro da quinta é privilegiado, encontra-se na parte mais alta do terreno com uma vista fantástica sobre o rio. A casa é bem insonorizada e confortável. A pessoa que nos recebeu foi bastante atencioso e fez-nos um rápida visita das imediações e do estúdio.
A entrada para a quinta é pouco perceptível quando vimos na nacional. Pouca visibilidade noturna na zona das escadas para subir para o estúdio.

Tiene unas vistas increibles desde todo el estudio, especialmente desde la habitación superior, puedes ver el Douro desde la cama al amanecer, o sentarte a leer o a ver el paisaje desde el sillón que hay en ella. Además cuenta con parrilla y horno de leña en el exterior, y se puede dejar el coche en la propia quinta. Para trainspotters, la vía pasa justo detrás, se puede disfrutar de una buena barbacoa y ver pasar los trenes a la vez.
Quizá sea necesario instalar algún enchufe más en el estudio, especialmente en la habitación, cerca de la cama, pero no hay mucho más negativo que contar sobre el alojamiento.
