It is good location. Hotel provides nice breakfast where everyday is different and various food. Although it was a bit cold in the room, radiator was hot but not enough for big room, which has many windows.

I stayed on the 5th floor and enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and the view beautiful. The only issue I would say was our bathtub did not get hot for us to utilize the hot tub. There were also a few nights we felt warm and did not see a AC unit. My brother had a room on the 2nd floor and said he could hear everything going on in the kitchen so it messed with his sleep. Other than that he also enjoyed the breakfast and location.
The best part of this hotel is it's beauty, the location, and the staff is extremely helpful.

The place has a good location since it is close to the plaza. The rooms were clean, however the water on the toilet overflows many times and we have to ask for more towels to dry the floor. The staff were nice and helpful and the breakfast were good too.

We had booked the hotel for two nights. As we arrived our room was downgraded because our suite was unavailable. The next day, we were forced to check out at 10:00 a.m. to move into the suite we had originally booked. However, the suite was still unavailable, and they wanted us to wait two hours in the lobby for the new room. Since we didn't feel like waiting in the lobby for two hours, we wanted to wait on the terrace belonging to the room, which was supposed to accommodate several people, but only had one chair. After waiting for over an hour, we finally got our booked room. However, we wasted the entire morning on it.
The hotel also blamed travel platforms like Agoda,***, and ***, claiming that they were not paying them, that’s why they just double-rent the rooms. The hotel manager, however, didn't even bother to check on which website we booked the Hotel. He also wanted us to pay him again for the rooms and get our money back from Agoda. Very poor management.
