Everything was as described. We enjoyed our stay with our kids. The house is beautiful and fully equipped.

House was beautiful a lot of space
Instructions to get to the house was confusing because there’s a gate in back but all guests need to stop at the visitor gate

Very convenient and located close to the Main Street in Helen. The property is a decent size. All normal amenities are available although they are very worn in. AC works well.
The property is very dated. Most furniture is very well worn in and almost at the point of breaking. Lots of visible wear and tear in the property. All mattresses sink in the middle. The property needs a full refurbishment and furniture upgrade from head to toe. Lots of lights and lamps don’t work, bedroom in the basement had a toilet leak from above, and stained ceilings. Kitchen countertop is bubbling, not enough toilet paper or towel paper for a property that houses up to 12 people. Games are all missing pieces, and hot tub has no lights.
