Sypialnia z dużym wygodnym łóżkiem dla dwóch dużych osób, przyzwoicie wyposażony aneks kuchenny (można coś ugotować), porządny stół (można grać w planszówki), wygodna łazienka, samochód na parkingu pod samym domem. Miły, uczynny gospodarz.
Trochę za mały metraż jak na taką cenę. Położenie przy samej ulicy (na szczęście w nocy nieduży ruch), słaba wentylacja i trudno wychłodzić mieszkanie w czasie upału (nie ma klimatyzacji). Daleko do sklepu.
