Tvarkingas butas, viskas ko reikia patogiam gyvenimui, apgalvotos detalės iki smulkmenų. Švarus ir gražus butas, nekreipiant dėmesio į laiptinę.
Triukšmas iš gatvės , tik dėl šios vienintelės priežasties nesirinkčiau apsistoti sekančiam kartui. Lokacija tinkama esant darbo komandiruotėje, bet ne poilsiui prie jūros.

Ein wunderschönes Apartment, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend, das Haus an sich allerdings nicht schön.
Das Apartment befindet sich in einem sozial eher durchschnittlichen Wohnviertel. Ein solches Luxus-Apartment in dieser eher ärmliche Wohngegend zu vermieten , treibt die Gentrifizierung voran, was ich persönlich nicht unterstützen möchte. Diese Wohnlage ging allerdings in keiner Weise aus der Anzeige hervor.

Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti. Ilmastointilaite oli plussaa helteellä. Sisustus upea ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi keittiöstä päivittäisiin ruokailuihin. Pieni kauppa viereisessä talossa.
Talon sijainti oli haastava löytää. Ja rappukäytävä oli neuvostoaikaisen oloinen.
