Posizione centrale. A due passi dal mare e anche dal centro. Vista mozzafiato. Ambienti moderni e arredati con gusto. Spazi ben organizzati e mobili molto capienti. Lavatrice, lavastoviglie, stendino, asciugacapelli, biancheria inclusi.
Aggiungerei qualche stoviglia in cucina, per esempio una semplice insalatiera e una paletta per togliere il cibo dal forno. Parcheggio piuttosto difficile da trovare. In zona ci sono parcheggi con strisce bianche, ma trovarne uno libero è quasi sempre un'impresa.

La struttura è ampia e confortevole, situata in posizione meravigliosa!
Suggerisco di dotare l'appartamento di zanzariere e, piccola precisazione, di applicare una mensola portasaponi nella doccia.

La posizione è perfetta. L'appartamentino è carino, anche se presenta diversi difetti.
La pulizia dell'appartamento lasciava a desiderare. La manutenzione andrebbe migliorata. L'appartamento all'arrivo era freddo.
