The property is quite spacious and comfy. Garvin is very responsive and helpful, even when I have issue during check-in in the mid night.

Quiet, clean and spacious
The living hall aircon was faulty. Luckily we didn’t really use the other small bedroom so we open the bedroom aircon and door so that the wind travels outside

Spacious functional apartment as described.
Location as described.
Overall it was a bit tired and clearly under-used, nothing that a redecorate wouldn't address though.
The swimming pool facility raised a red flag with me through observing the 'dosing' practise by a staff member... we stopped using it after this.
Worth noting that we stayed in Puteri Harbour purely to visit friends living there - this apartment was very convenient for this but would NOT recommend PH as a 'vacation destination' it is a ghost town with very little to see or do.
Sad as it has so much obvious potential...
