Cleanliness and location

There was no heat and it was very cold. Even though we stayed for a month, I had to ask for a second set of towels and sheets. I had to coordinate with another person to get towels. At first, it was suggested I could get them two weeks in to my visit. Though there was a washing machine, because it was so cold, towels would not have dried. We had to purchase a space heater for warmth. There was no hairdryer. I asked for one and was told there wasn’t one. I have never stayed in a place that did not have a hairdryer. It seems like a very small investment.
