Exceptional clean.
Relatively very good location.
Spaceous and very good modern style furniture.
Not friendly host owner and not family friendly.
My wife, her mom, were entering with her two kids at the evening. Brother of my wife was helping to carry baby stroller inside the flat due to the complex location of the flat with underground level. Property owner is obviously have a lot of free time and very attentive to work as video surveillance to see who is coming/leaving and entering and started to agressively shout to the security personnel (Of course it is indirect shouting to the guest in loud voice) because she is not able to face. She was complaining of too many visitors which was not the fact.
Also, the fact that the flat is underground and this was not clearly mentioned in the description.
Finally, a deposit of 200 - 300 usd is not making the place attractive for future accomodation. Too much for couple of nights.
