Sehr nah am Strand, ca. 80 Meter. Zentrum zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet.

Das einfach ausgestattete Apartmenthaus liegt an einer belebten Straße in zweiter Reihe zum Meer. Man kann den Parkplatz vom dazugehörigen Piccolo Hotel mitbenutzen und ist in wenigen Minuten am weitläufigen Strand mit vielen Strandbars. Der sympathische Eigentümer hat uns angeboten, die Liegestühle in seinem Garten zu benutzen, anstatt sie am Strand zu mieten. Das hübsche Zentrum von Castiglione della Pescaia erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder noch schneller mit den kostenlos verfügbaren Fahrrädern. Wir waren insgesamt 3 Tage da.
Wir hatten ein Apartment zur Straße hin, dadurch war es leider etwas laut.

Wie schon mehrfach erwähnt ist die super Lage und Sauberkeit des Appartements aussergewöhnlich! Ausstattung ( inkl. Waschmaschine) perfekt. Sehr netter Besitzer Daniele. Haben spontan eine Woche verlängert. Grazie mille!
