Die zentral (Sonnenberg/Yorckgebiet), aber ruhig gelegene Wohnung war ideal für unseren Besuch der Kulturhauptstadt! Tram (5) und Bus (31) mit kurzem Fußweg: perfekt!

Gut erreichbar mit Öffis, sauber, ruhig und geräumig
Bei Ankunft war es kalt , doch in der Nähe gab es einen Griechen. Als wir vom Essen zurück kamen, hatte die Heizung es geschafft

Super Lage, sehr ruhig, Bäckereien und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß innerhalb 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Man kann, wenn man sich nur auf Chemnitz Zentrum beschränkt, ganz ohne Auto auskommen. Tram "quasi" vor der Haustüre. Parkplatz an der Straße muss man suchen, war aber kein Problem.

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend. Super Anbindung mit der Straßenbahn an die Innenstadt. Ein Besuch der Kulturhauptstadt lohnt sich! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, aber...
... einen Toaster haben wir vermisst.
